Houserules

1. Check-in : From Monday till Friday 16.00 – 19.00 h. Please advice us when you will arrive. Outside these hours there is no check in possible.
2. If you arrive late, your key can be taken from the safe in Brusselsesteenweg 141 in Mechelen next to the mailbox.
3. Check-out : within office hours. Inform us by mail 7 days in advance of your departure.
4. Companies booking : communicate personal name of the guest and the flat he will be staying in. If more than one flat is booked, list of guests must be detailed to each flat separately.
5. Check-out : within office hours. Inform us by mail 7 days in advance of your departure.
6. Garbage in containers or city plastic bags (1 bag is provided free of charge, rest has to be bought by tenant). If we still find garbage, the cost of the plastic bag & bringing to the garbage centre will be charged.
7. Starting toilet paper or kitchen roll provided, renewal to be paid by tenant.
8. Laundry machine and dryer available, free of charge. Please do not use later than 10 pm or not before 8 am.
9. Keep your apartment and building clean and tidy. If you need extra cleaning service at the end of your rental period or laundry packages (sheets + towels) just mail contact@aflats.be or call the house manager at 0499311344 and order it. This service will be billed: cleaning at 25 €/hour, laundry package at 15 €/person.
10. If you see dirt laying around, please inform housekeeping or help us by removing it. We want you to stay in a nice, good looking healthy environment. Thanks for your help.
11. We are there for you but our personnel has several buildings to maintain in different cities. So if you need something, please advice if possible a few days early so that we can plan our trip to your apartment. Preferable communicate by e-mail.
12. Pets are not allowed.
13. All flats are no smoking. Smoking is allowed outside on the balcony.
14. High speed internet is possible at costs of 50 euro / month for 10 GB download.
15. Public parking is possible in front of the residence. In some the streets during office hours you have to pay.
16. Guarantees only payable by bank account 14 days after departure. If your apartment isn’t clean the cost will be recovered from your guarantee, same for losses, damages.
